Under our theme “Living Together on the Earth”, FGPE aims at enhancing environmental awareness among people around the world and encouraging children and young people to become environmental leaders, in order to preserve a beautiful and peaceful Earth for future generations.  Since its launch of activities in 1991, FGPE has been carrying out various unique projects in joint auspices of UN organizations, national and local governments, citizen’s groups and private sectors, for seeking to take actions together to preserve the global peace and environment.
